Terms of Service

By creating a PracEasy account or using praceasy.in you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a CA firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm.
1. The service
PracEasy is a SaaS practice-management platform for CA firms (Business Login) and an optional Client Login portal for end clients invited by those firms. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts & access
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential.
- Firm admins are responsible for staff users, client portal invitations, and the data entered for their practice.
- Client portal users may only access information their firm has shared with them.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup or in a separate order form. Taxes may apply. Non-payment may result in suspension. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Data ownership
Firms retain ownership of their practice data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide PracEasy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
6. Disclaimer & liability
PracEasy is a software tool and does not provide professional advice. The service is provided "as is" within reasonable commercial efforts. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid to us for the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience subject to the plan terms, or immediately for material breach. Upon termination, access ends; export options may be available for a limited period on request.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
